Points Calculation Formula
Points = Qualified Order Amount × 1 base point × member multiplier Shipping fees are excluded from the qualified order amount for point calculation.
Example: A $100 product payment (excluding shipping cost) from a Silver Member earns 170 points.
Non-Eligible Orders Notice
Orders applied with coupons, point redemption or extra discounts cannot accrue points, and their payment amounts will not count toward member tier growth.
Shipping fees are not included in the qualified spending amount for both point earning and tier upgrade progress.

1 How do users earn points?
Users can earn points through eligible orders, member campaigns, product reviews, newsletter subscription, and referrals.
2 Which orders can earn points?
Only eligible paid orders count. The final points amount depends on the active rule and the member level multiplier.
3 Which orders do not earn points?
Orders using discount codes, points redemption, or other extra discounts do not earn points. Payment amount from those orders is also not counted toward member growth value.
4 How long are points valid?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Expired points cannot be restored.

Redeemed points cannot be refunded after successful redemption. Earned points tied to refunded orders may be adjusted based on the final eligible payment.

No. UPENDS points are member rewards and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
8 Can redeemed points be refunded?
No. Redeemed points are non-refundable once the redemption is completed.
9 What happens in cases of points abuse?
UPENDS may limit or cancel rewards when abnormal, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.
